Hyundai Sonata

Hyundai has unveiled the new Sonata plug-in hybrid sedan at the ongoing Indian Auto Expo. The ex-version of the car was offered only with a petrol motor, but the new avatar also incorporates a hybrid trim. The vehicle inherits Hyundai’s fluidic 2.0 design details that render a sharp and radiant sight to it. The latest and smart technology for the interiors comprises an eight-inch infotainment unit along with the Apple CarPlay and Google Android Auto. The safety package includes a range of airbags, ABS, ESC, TC and many other important features. The new-generation Sonata gets energized by a 2.0L GDI four-cylinder gasoline motor in collaboration with 360V electric engine which is further mated to a six-speed automatic gearbox. The combination develops 202 hp of power at 6000rpm. Amalgamation of new carbon footprints, technology and power make Sonata plug-in hybrid 21% more potential than the earlier version.
